VIXXMAS FIC PARTY

For the first time in the story of the fest, this post is happening on the closing time and not several hours later! It does help that it is not as busy of a day as Christmas is.

Before I forget, happy new year everyone! May your 2020 bring you your wishes and happiness ♥.

Thanks to everyone that participated in any form in this, from leaving prompts to filling them to retweeting our tweets with the fills that we got. I don't have enough words to tell you how grateful I am that you wanted to participate in this!

Now, for some stats, as is tradition:

• A total of 195 comments
• 142 of which were prompts
• 17 of which were fills!

As we all know, this has not been the best year. It has not even been the best december. So again, I am really grateful for all of you who gave a little of your time to join this ♥

Now, onto the fun part! The claiming!!

Please comment down below with the fics that you have written and your ao3/twitter handle if you would like for people to know who you are and maybe make some friends! If you find the person that did that fill you loved you can shower them with love properly!

P.S. Remember that we have the ao3 collection in case you want to put your fics there when crossposting. The collection is open so you can just add them whenver you want. 

It's this time of the year again, aren't you excited? o(^◇^)o

A little less than a week to go, here are some guidelines and timeline information!

• This follows the rules of an OG prompt livejournal meme
  • For the ones that don’t know what means: all the prompting and filling will happen on the same post, which will be published on December 1st. More details on the specifics below.
• You might post as anon. You might post with a username. The choice is yours!
  • Hint: you do not need to have a dreamwidth account to ID, mod is pretty sure you can log in with your twitter/any other social media account
• Despite what the name says, this is not Christmas themed! Prompts can be anything you want, anything your heart desires!!
  • As long as VIXX is included in the form it’s okay!
  • All pairings (or not pairings) are welcomed :D
• The fest will run from December 1^st to December 25^th.
  • On December 1^st (at the end of this countdown) a new entry will be posted on this blog.
  • From that moment on it is allowed to leave prompts as comments on the post
  • Do not worry, specific guidelines will be included in the post in case of doubt
  • From that moment on, too, if there is a prompt posted that you like, you can fill it.
    • There will also be more details on how the fills can be, but rule of thumb is Anything goes!
    • This also applies to length – it can be as short, or as long, as you can go!
• Commenting is not only allowed but encouraged!
• When December 25^th ends in Pago Pago Time (we will announce the specific time on our twitter) commenting will be disabled on the entry and we will close for the year.
  • At the same time, a closing post will be uploaded, where you will be able to claim and gather the fics you have written if you want to – especially useful if you wrote fics in anon but want people to know they are yours.
• General rule on the fest: The more the merrier. And it applies for anything:
  • Leave all the prompts you want!
  • Fill all the prompts you want!
  • Invite all the friends!!

 

Also, following something we did last year, if you have ideas for prompts but you are not sure if you are going to remember, you can leave them in our curiouscat and they will be posted on the entry as soon as it opens. The prompts left on curious cat will be anonymous by default.
